Yoga
With a focus on breath, movement and balance yoga practice allows you to move with your breath while building strength and working on your overall well being.
Please remember:
- Do not participate in any activity if you are currently infected with or, within the last 14 days, have been in contact with someone infected with COVID-19, or have any symptoms such as fever, cough, or difficulty breathing.
- Maintain 6 ft of social distancing. Masks must be available.
- Bring plenty of water to drink.
- Members who are unable to make it to their reserved time, please cancel your reservation online or by calling the Fitness Center at 760.777.4913.
- No guests are allowed, reservations are for Members only.
- Reservations may be made 2 days in advance.
